Angry Ladies

Hey ladies-
Wondering if any of you experience unbearable pain at that time of the month.
Severe cramping-sometimes I can't do anything because of it, I lay on the couch all day. I lack an appetite and get nauseous easily as well. Fatigue, super tired after walking up or down stairs. Not only do I have those symptoms but it feels like my kidneys go crazy too. They ache like nobody's business. It's like I'm wearing a big belt of pain around my midsection and it is TERRIBLE. Tylenol doesn't help, nor do any of the midol-type pills. Tried heating pad. Going for walks. Nothing seems to help. I put icyhot all around (lower back and abdomen) gives relief for a little while but it is not enough. Does anyone else experience extreme cramps and kidney pain during it???

Dani
