Good Morning Matt, Taking cuprime is not a cure for cystine stones. It seems to so it down. Slow K keeps my urine clear. For years I was taking sodium bicarb and when I had my last surgery the doctor put me on slow K. Drinking lots of water, keeps my PH level at 7 and helps passing those awful stones. I hope this infohels. Millie
