I was so pleased to find a forum on cystinuria and to read all the posts and found myself relating to some of the problems others faced. I have recently come out of hospital, having been stone free for about 9 years to have had a 4cm staghorn stone removed from my right kidney. Im on penicillamine tablets, 750mg twice a day which seems to have done the trick till now...Ive learned so much more from this condition Ive got by reading some of the information on this website and the posts from other users, next time I see my nephrologist he will certainly have some questions to answer!!! Anyway just wanted to say hi to everyone x:)
