Cystinuria Group Meeting In NY City

A group of cystinurics are going to hold a meeting,
July 16,2005 at the Cronin Auditorium at St.Vincent's Medical Center,in New York.

Their will be 4 doctors present,and possibly 1 metabloic nutritionist.

Professor of Pediatrics and Human Genetics
Montreal Children's Hospital
"Director of Pediatric Nephrology at McGill University."

Just a note for anyone planning on attending...
You NEED to contact George Brown, the man behind the scenes, if you plan on attending. His e-mail address is thescnd1@verizon.net. He needs to know approximately how many people will be attending; if they need accommodations, and they will need passes to get past security. He has to provide a list of attendees to security that is as up to date as possible.

Hi guys: Just wondering if it would be possible to look into having this meeting set up LIVE on a web site for viewing and possibly have a chat site live for people who could not attend. I think these things can be done very easy and inexpensive if I am not mistaken. I think MSN might even have the tools to do this for free

It's a good thought, Norm. However, i've talked with the people organizing the symposium and it doesn't sound like that's an option that's currently on the table. I believe they are working on getting video of the event. Either way, i will be more than happy to post the highlights of the symposium for anyone to read.
If anything new happens, i'll be sure to post it here.
