The provisions not inconsistent with law regarding the distribution of assets on dissolution are as follows:  Upon dissolution other than incident of a merger or consolidation, all assets shall be granted, conveyed and assigned to any non-profit corporation, organization, association, trust, or other organization to be devoted to purposes similar to those for which this Foundation was created.
